Sponsor Opportunities

Presenting Sponsor – $5,000

Premier recognition as the exclusive top-level sponsor
Company logo included on all event promotions, advertisements, and media mentions
Opportunity to provide promotional items in carriage and neighborhood gift bags (provided by the sponsor)
Individual banner displayed prominently at the event entrance
Includes a carriage ride for 12 individuals and 12 hot chocolate tickets for guests
Recognition in all social media thank-you posts and on Junior League of Odessa’s website

Festive Carriage Sponsor – $2,000

Exclusive individual banner displayed at the event
Opportunity to provide promotional items to carriage riders
Includes a carriage ride for 12 individuals and 12 hot chocolate tickets for guests

Holiday Carriage Sponsor – $1,500

Shared sponsorship banner displayed at the event
Includes a carriage ride for 8 individuals and 8 hot chocolate tickets

Winter Cheer Sponsor – $1,000

Underwriting Opportunities

Carriage rides Underwriter (Up to 4 Available)-$5,000

Underwrite the cost of a horse-drawn carriage for all rides throughout the week.
Recognition: Company name/logo displayed at the carriage loading area and on promotional materials; featured in social media thank-you posts; opportunity for representatives to ride in the carriage.

Safety & Security Underwriter – $2,000

Ensure a safe, family-friendly experience by providing security personnel and proper event lighting.
Recognition: Prominent signage at security and lighting areas; company name/logo on event signage; acknowledgment in announcements during the event; featured in social media thank-you posts.

Caroler’s Corner Underwriter- $1,500

Bring holiday spirit to life with a local church choir or student show choir singing festive carols.
Recognition: Banner/signage at Caroler’s Corner; sponsor named before each performance; highlighted in social media promotions.

Printing Underwriter-$500

Underwrite the cost of posters, programs, signage, and promotional materials.
Recognition: Logo printed on all event materials; acknowledgment on social media and at the event.
