Each year, the Junior League of Odessa’s Community Research and Development Committee identifies projects that will make up the League’s annual Community Program. We welcome project requests that align with our mission to promote voluntarism, develop the potential of women, and improve our community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.

The League partners with local organizations to address pressing community needs and create meaningful, lasting impact across the Permian Basin.

All Community Project Requests must include a volunteer placement component for Junior League of Odessa members. Requests may also include a funding component, depending on the availability of League resources.
